Wren

Text messages

What Wren sends, how it starts, and how to stop it.

What we send

Reminders about to-dos in your own household, and Wren's replies to messages you send. Nothing else. A reminder names one thing you asked to be reminded about, when you asked to hear about it. A typical message reads: Camp registration for Emma closes Friday. Want me to remind you again Thursday?

Message frequency depends on what you have set up. Most households receive a handful a week. Message and data rates may apply.

How it starts

Only after you create an account, give us your mobile number, and confirm that number with a code we send you. Reminders by text are then turned on in Settings, where you choose which reminders come by text and which come as push notifications. You can turn them off in the same place at any time.

We do not send messages to a number that has not been confirmed by the person who owns it, and we never add a number from any other source.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message and the messages end. Reply START to begin them again, or turn them back on in Settings. Reply HELP for help, or write to support@householdcoo.app.

Marketing

We do not send marketing by text. If we ever do, it will be a separate choice you make on purpose, and never something switched on by signing up.

Carriers may also apply their own rules to messages sent to you.
